  • The recommended age range for our subscription is between 3 to 5 years old. 

    Also, young readers between 5-7 years old enjoy our books and games.

  • Yes! The whole family will enjoy the content of the box! If you have one more kid in the same age range and you would like to receive an extra set of activities/materials, please sign up for FeppyBox Siblings. It is the same box with an additional set of activities and materials for another kid to enjoy!

  • All the materials are created by a team of experienced professionals in child development and bilingual education. 

    All of our materials incorporate feedback from kids who tried and experienced our products.

  • Feppybox costs $29.99 per month and our FeppyBox Siblings cost $39.99 per month.

    All our subscriptions can be canceled anytime - no penalty.

  • Shipping is included in the subscription rate, yay! 

  • Subscription orders will be processed immediately. The first box will be shipped within the first week of the order placed. Deliveries may take between 4-10 business days to reach your home.

Consecutive boxes will be shipped around the same date of purchase of the following months depending on the length of the prepay package selected.

    FeppyBox is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors.

  • You can check the status of your order online by logging into your customer account.

    Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information. Be sure to mark info@feppybox.com as a valid sender to ensure our notification emails aren't sent to your spam folder.

     

  • Tracking information may not be available for the first 48-72 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 72 hours and you are still having trouble tracking your package, contact us at info@feppybox.com

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription any time after the first box is shipped. Please cancel by accessing your customer account by 6:00 PM EST five days before your Next Charge Date, if you do not wish to receive next month’s box.

    Prepay options are charged once at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled after payment.

    Please note: every customer has their own renewal date. Make sure you check your renewal date in your online account

  • When you purchase a FeppyBox subscription you will automatically be charged on your first box the day of your purchase. Renewal charges will take place monthly on/or before your personal Next Charge DatePlease note: every customer has their own Next Charge Date. You can check your Next Charge Date in your online customer account, under Manage My Subscription.

    Prepay options are charged once at the time of purchase and cannot be canceled after payment.

  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

  • We would love for you to gift  FeppyBox!!

    You can either buy a renewable monthly subscription or a 3 month, 6 month  or 12 month prepay option. 

    Prepayment options are not renewable and boxes are delivered once a month for the duration of the selected package.  You can include a personalized gift message that will be included with the first package of your subscription.

  • Yes, You can choose between 3, 6 or 12month pre-pay for Feppy Box or Siblings FeppyBox. Prepay options do not renew automatically 

    For example, if you select a 6-month prepay option, your 1st box will arrive approximately 10 days after the purchase; the rest of the boxes will arrive around the same date for the next consecutive 5 months.

  • Yes, you can always manage your information through Manage Subscriptions in your account. Changes on prepay purchases will have to be made according to the date your originally made the purchase.  In order for next shipment to be effective with a new address, changes will have to be done accordingly a week before the next shipment date.

  • Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses.

  • Our subscriptions are currently available to ship within the US.

    If you are interested in shipping outside the USA, email us to info@feppybox.com.

  • Only one coupon code can be applied to each order. Coupon code(s) cannot be combined with any other offers and/or applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

  • We charge sales tax based on the shipping address for most states. Taxes will be calculated at checkout.

  • FeppyBox subscriptions are exclusively available for purchase through our website.

  • You can update the address information in your online customer account by logging into My Account to update your address, please do the following:

    1. Login to your account
    2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" under the Account Details.
    3. Click “Edit” under Actions of the corresponding subscription you will like to change the address.
    4. Click “Edit” under the shipping address. Enter the updated information and save.

     

    Please note that the address changes should be made before your Next Charge Date to ship that month's box to the new address.

  • Yes you can! Just follow these steps:
    1. Login to your account

    2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" under the Account Details.

    3. Go to Delivery Schedule and select the upcoming box that you would like to get skipped and click on “Skip”.

    Please note that the address changes should be made before your Next Charge Date to ship that month's box to the new address. 

    Prepay options cannot skip a monthly delivery.
